Early morning dip

Another 54 lengths in this morning despite the slowcoaches in the pool who are also pretty grumpy, maybe they're a bit more cheerful as the day wears on.

It's very fresh I must say, and at one point the side door was opened to let in some early morning frosty air which definitely gave me goosebumps every time I came up for air. 

I think my body did enjoy the swim as I'm feeling pretty chilled at the moment.

Might have a swimming buddy when I go for a dip at lunchtime, depends on how her workload pans out this morning.
